Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and experience handling accounting operations in a growing organization. The role also requires familiarity with international transaction compliance and multi-entity accounting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records across all transactions
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage GST filings, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and RBI guidelines related to international transactions
• Support accounting requirements related to international operations and cross-border payments
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenses
• Ensure timely vendor payments and invoice processing
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Support payroll processing and financial documentation when required
• Manage accounting activities across multiple company entities if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Knowledge of export compliance, international accounting transactions, and RBI regulations
• Experience handling multi-company or multi-entity accounting operations
• Strong bookkeeping and financial documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Zoho Books and handling export / international transaction compliance will be strongly preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Full Stack Developer at GoQuest Media, you will play a key role in building and maintaining

web applications that deliver seamless user experiences for our global clients. From

brainstorming features with the team to executing back-end logic, you will be involved in every

aspect of our application development process.

You will be working with modern technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS, and Tailwind CSS

to create performant, scalable applications. Your role will span both front-end and back-end

development as you build efficient and dynamic solutions to meet the company’s and users’

needs.

What will you be accountable for?

● End-to-End Development:

● Design and develop highly scalable and interactive web applications from scratch.

● Take ownership of both front-end (ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS) and back-end

(NodeJS) development processes.

● Feature Implementation:

● Work closely with designers and product managers to translate ideas into highly

interactive and responsive interfaces.

Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer

Preferred Experience & Expertise: • 

Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or any UX related subjectssuch as digital design/media, digital marketing, graphic design, media technology, and web design. 

Relevant experience of at least 2 years in lieu of above if from a different stream of education.  

Well-versed in and 2+ years of hands-on demonstrable experience with UX Research and UX Design 

Hands-on development experience in tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any relevant tools. 

2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more libraries, frameworks, & technologies such as React JS, HTML5, CSS3, D3, Ant Design, Vis.js, Chart.js, etc.; extra points if you can demonstrate your knowledge with working examples. 

2+ years of hands-on development experience in JavaScript & TypeScript. 

Familiarity with the domains of Data Management & Governance Business Process & Workflow Management ▪ Cloud Computing Infrastructure & Platforms (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) 

Ability to understand software product vision, objectives, capabilities, and features; and translate into digital experiences 

Artistic eye for design with ability to think creatively
