Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own technical design and drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality systems. This role requires strong architectural depth, coding excellence, and the ability to mentor engineers while building production-grade applications in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will lead by example — designing systems, writing clean code, solving complex problems, and ensuring engineering best practices across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions (HLD & LLD).
• Build scalable, modular, and testable systems with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Own complex features end-to-end — design, development, testing, and optimization.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code with strong unit test coverage.
• Ensure clean code practices (SOLID principles, modular design, reusability).

Core Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

GenAI & AI Stack Expertise

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with:

• Understanding of AI cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to debug AI pipelines and optimize model interactions.

Role summary AMPM is a short-form video news platform for Gen Z India. We are hiring an HR Intern to support hiring, onboarding, and team operations as we scale our core team. You will work directly in the founder's office, owning end-to-end recruitment for creative and tech roles and helping build the people infrastructure from the ground up.

What you will do

• Source and screen candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, Cutshort, Internshala, referrals)
• Write and post JDs, manage inbound applications, and coordinate interview pipelines
• Own candidate communication from first outreach to offer
• Support onboarding for new hires (documentation, briefing, first-week coordination)
• Maintain hiring trackers and keep the process clean across multiple open roles
• Assist with team operations, HR documentation, and ad hoc founder office tasks

Must-have experience

• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Prior internship or coursework in HR, recruitment, or operations

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong expertise in Python and R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, caret, etc.).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, regression, and classification techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment practices (Docker, MLflow).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, time series forecasting, or deep learning projects.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or R Shiny).
• Experience working in product or data-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management is a plus.

• Delivering a complete front end application

Qualification and Experience:

• Proven expertise in testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results
• Experience with AngularJS (v1.x.x) would be a value-add
