Responsibilities

1. Understand business requirements, customer persona, and product/applications
2. Plan and execute test strategy for different projects
3. Create test documentation, test plans, and test cases
4. Reporting, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements
5. Collaborate with other stakeholders

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA processes, test planning, and execution
2. Hands-on experience in SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL and Postgres

Responsibilities

• Establish the QA Strategy and Processes for the Engineering team
• Build and Mentor the QA team
• Plan and Execute Test Strategy for different projects
• Review Test Documentation, Test Plans and Test Cases
• Reporting, Providing Feedback and Suggesting Improvements
• Collaboration with other stakeholders

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in QA Processes, Test Planning and Execution
• Hands-on experience in SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Postgres
• Leadership experience of managing a team of 4–5 QA Engineers
