HR Executive – Academics: Role Definition LINC Education seeks a young and talented HR professional to work with the Academic Affairs team to manage LINC’s pool of educators (LINC Fellows). This person will support recruitment, training, project deployment and on-going engagement of LINC Fellows. The role is central to the quality of our service delivery and the scaling up of our academic operations. The HR Executive – Academics will work with the academic affairs team and cover the following key areas – 1. Support the academic recruitment process by coordinating the recruitment activities and joining formalities of LINC Fellows including undertaking equivalency checks of qualifications, reviewing contracts, managing on-boarding logistics including orientation and maintaining an up-to-date register of LINC Fellows. 2.
