Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Eloqua specialist to join our

marketing team. The role will have responsibility of managing Eloqua instance

including all related activities such as data management, email design/testing, lead

scoring, segmentation, reporting and analysis and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Campaign Development: Design, develop and implement automated

marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and

scoring.

 Data Management: Setup, manage and maintain data integrations between

Eloqua and CRM systems such as salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

 Lead Scoring & Segmentation: Develop and optimize lead scoring models

and audience segmentation based on customer behaviour and demographics.

 Eloqua Configuration: Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user

permission, data fields and API integrations.

 Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and optimize

workflows for better engagement and conversion rates.

 Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance,

generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous

improvements.

 Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email

deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua

 Training & Support: Provide support and training to marketing users on

Eloqua best practice and system functionality.

Required Skills:

 Technical Expertise:

o Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua for at least 2 years.

o Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScripts for email templates and

landing pages

o Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and their

integration with Eloqua

o Strong understanding of API integration and data flows between

marketing automation tools and CRM

 Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, lead

generation, and customer journey mapping.

 Analytical Skills: Ability to derive insights from marketing data and present

findings to key stakeholders.

 Problem – Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve

technical challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business,

Information Technology, or a related field.

 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle Eloqua or

similar marketing automation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with other Oracle Marketing Cloud products.

 Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

 Certification in Oracle Eloqua or related technologies.

The primary role of Service Desk Analyst is providing first level support through calls/web/chat/Email and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.

Project/Process:

• Responsible for service Request fulfillment, Incident Mgmt (First level resolution) for the End User queries via Avaya call, web tool and mailing/chat system within the agreed service level and defined guidelines.
• Acts as Incident Analyst/Service Request Analyst and responsible for the Day-to-day operation of the Incident Management/Service Request management process.
• Record all End user transactions in Remedy ticketing tool.
