Job Title: Client Accounts & Collections Executive

About the Role We are looking for a proactive Client Accounts & Collections Executive to manage client accounts, drive payment recovery, and support inside sales activities. Key Responsibilities -

1. Payment Recovery & Client Management -

• Maintain structured records of client interactions and payment commitments.

3. Administrative & Travel Support -

• Ensure accurate bookings and timely communication of itineraries.

4. Data Management & Reporting -

• Maintain accurate receivables data in Google Drive and Excel for easy tracking.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recovery status, payments received, and follow-ups.
• Use ZOHO or other accounting portals for invoice management, bill processing, and payment tracking.
