Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Product Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, designing intuitive interfaces, and contributing to the product development process from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define user needs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Apply best practices for UI/UX design and stay updated on industry trends.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and user insights.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and product design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user experience challenges.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.

About the Role:
- Your goal is to drive revenue & profitability via organic search with defined growth targets via up-levelling the content, SEO structure & tech.
- Directly manage SEO Team & deal with tech leads to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual traffic & revenue goals.
- You must have an excellent understanding of search engines, crawler behaviour.
- You must understand the technicality of using web crawlers, log analyzers, and set tools. • Understanding of code at least read/understand HTML.
