Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be able to design images for events, banners, social media posting, logo designing in Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw.
- Must be able to design the web application and mobile application designs in Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop engaging marketing creatives in various formats for a digital campaign, mailers, sequential ads, images
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites and design logo

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

Execute on the product you design from start to finish.
- Present and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organisation to build consensus around your concepts.

What’s the interview process like?
The interview process consists of 2-3 technical rounds discussing your (i) portfolio and previous work (ii) design process, user understanding and (iii) product / design critique. Sometimes there may be an optional short design assignment involved. This is followed by a 30 min cultural fitment round. In the interview we try to understand your skills in visual design skills, UX design and product thinking.

We are hiring a UI/UX design for a full-time opportunity at HQ. The candidate must be having -
- A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 years of work experience with UX, UI is required
- Prior experience leading a team of UX and UI designers
- Experience around end-to-end client communication and design project management
