

We're hiring a thoughtful and creative UI/UX Designer (2–3 years experience) to help shape intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to bring product ideas to life—translating business and user requirements into seamless interface designs.
You’re expected to have a strong grasp of modern design principles, an eye for detail, and a basic understanding of how components render in frontend frameworks like React. You won't write code, but your designs should be practical, clean, and implementation-ready.
Responsibilities
- Translate product and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI prototypes.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces grounded in solid UX principles.
- Create reusable UI components and patterns aligned with Material UI (MUI) and our design system.
- Understand web technologies (especially React component rendering) to design scalable, developer-friendly layouts.
- Structure and document component hierarchies and layout systems that support modularity and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate, efficient implementation of your designs.
- Own and maintain parts of the design system, contributing to consistency and design scalability.
- Use feedback and user insights to iterate and refine design solutions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (especially product UI and responsive design).
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI thinking.
- Understanding of how modern web frameworks (especially React) render components.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
