Test Engineer, Senior

• We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with exceptional development skills, who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. ● Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process to ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done according to employment laws and regulations

• Architecture/design / configure the data ingestion pipeline for data received from 3rd party vendors
• Data loading should be configured with ease/flexibility for adding new data sources & also refresh of the previously loaded data
• Design & implement a consumer graph, that provides an efficient means to query the data via email, phone, and address information (using any one of the fields or combination)
• Expose the consumer graph/search capability for consumption by our middleware APIs, which would be shown in the portal
• Design / review the current client-specific data storage, which is kept as a copy of the consumer master data for easier retrieval/query for subsequent usage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, execute financial, strategic, and operational analysis across the company and products
• Visa arrangement
• Assist in quarterly and annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting process 
• Assist in month-end finance process including closing books, audit, Invoicing, A/R report, etc
• Assist in managing the HRIS system including data updates of all employee information changes and additions; ensure integrity and accuracy of People data 
• Monitor and report on all key HR metrics; manage the design, implementation and tracking of all People team KPIs 
• Provide useful data to help guide decision-making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently
• Identify and recommend methods to automate, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technology to support the finance and operations team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) course
• 1-3 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in a high-growth tech environment 
• Must show documented proficiency in project management - from project design to evaluation 
• Attention to detail; experience with analytics, metrics and business consulting skills preferred
• Candidate must be able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to make data-driven decisions quickly for the organization
• Ability to diagnose problems with strategic thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse team
• Obsessive around moving critical business metrics and products

1. Create all graphical requirements to support Paid Ads, Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing efforts and offline ads - brochures, flyers etc.
2. Includes work like creating single image ads/carousel ads for FB/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads, creating video ads for YouTube/Facebook Ads, Emailer designs, basic UI design for landing pages, website images/banners etc, create brochures, flyers etc for offline ads
3. Tool Knowledge: Any vector design tool, any video editor etc. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Indesign, Invisio etc.

Reading the judgements, order copies and cause lists of the cases.

- Understanding each case and Analysing the criticality of the cases assigned.

- Complete Research on the subjects and cases assigned.

- Reading and writing synopsis or description of the analysis.

- Managing additional activities related to court record checks and other verifications.

- Coordinating with the extended team effortlessly for the fulfilment of the tasks.

Requirements:

1. The candidate must be a LLB- degree holder or a Final year Law student.

2. The candidate must have abreast legal knowledge and should be thorough with common acts and sections.

3. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. The candidate must have brilliant Drafting and Interpretation skills.

4.The candidate must be available for a 6-month full-time internship.
