Job Summary:
As a Strategy Management Executive at Centre for Computational Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CCTech), you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the company's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term and short-term strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with leadership teams to align company objectives with strategic goals.
- Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential avenues for expansion within the IT sector.

- Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations.

- Monitor and assess business performance against strategic objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions or adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Risk & Change Management:
- Identify potential risks to the organization’s strategy and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management efforts to adapt the organization’s culture and processes in alignment with strategic changes.
Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, IT Management, or a related field.
- Proven Experience/Knowledge in strategy development, business management, or consulting, ideally in an IT or technology-driven organization.
