Position Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Developer at F22 Labs, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you’ll create seamless user experiences that align with business objectives. You’ll lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and shape the design direction of our products.
Requirements:
UI Design Tools:
- Expertise in tools like Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Knowledge of design systems, style guides, and atomic design principles.
UX Research:
- Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyzing user data to craft user personas, journey maps, and workflows.
Interaction Design:
- Proficiency in creating micro-interactions and animations.
- Familiarity with tools like After Effects (not must) or Principle for motion design.
Prototyping & Usability Testing:
- Building interactive prototypes and gathering user feedback.
Accessibility Standards:
- Testing designs for color contrast, screen readers, and device compatibility.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design.
Design Trends and Best Practices:
- Staying updated with UX/UI trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and consistent across devices.
- Catching inconsistencies or gaps in workflows before implementation.
Problem-Solving:
- Approaching complex design challenges with user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- GST Returns:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with GST regulations and ensure accurate reporting.
- TDS Filing:
- Prepare and file TDS returns (Quarterly and Annual) in compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Ensure accurate TDS deductions and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
- Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with labor laws.
- Balance Sheet Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and yearly balance sheets.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Invoice Creation:
- Generate and issue sales invoices to customers.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of billing details.
- General Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and assist in audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in accounts payable/receivable, GST returns, TDS filing, and payroll processing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Tally (or similar accounting software).
- Knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions) and basic financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ERP Software
- Knowledge of Indian Taxation: Understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
