Minimum Years’ Experience:
4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce echo system
Key Skills and Experience Required:
• 4+ years of Business Analyst/Functional Analyst experience
• 2+ years of salesforce.com experience, Strong hands-on declarative Salesforce
configuration experience in areas like Flows, Lightning page layouts, Validation rules,
Sharing and Security aspects. Salesforce Certification(s) must have.
• 4+ years’ experience identifying and documenting business process requirements,
developing process flow analysis, documenting functional requirements, creating
detailed user stories
• 2+ years’ project experience in an agile development environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand client business requirements and document detailed user
stories
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong written, verbal communication skills
• UX & UI (Human Centric) configuration approach
Areas of Responsibility:
• Create and manage functional requirement and detailed user stories
• Preparing and conducting/supporting playbacks to the customers and relevant
stakeholders after every sprint
• Supporting Quality Assurance activities, including UAT and defect management
lifecycle
• Ownership of project and reporting to senior stakeholders including customers

Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct analysis, planning, requirements gathering and logical design of a software product by
working with internal and external customers.
Gather business requirements from Product Owners/Stakeholders create user stories and work closely
with technology teams to create system requirements.
Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and develop an understanding of current products
and technology in order to design and implement solutions to meet the business needs.
