Our technology team

Today we are a 60-member strong technology team. Everyone in the team is a hands-on engineer, including the team leads and managers. What we are looking for

• Are open to work in a flat, non-hierarchical setup where daily focus is only shipping features not reporting to managers
• Experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational and no-sql databases.
• Ability to break-down larger/fuzzier problems into smaller ones in the scope of the product
• Experience with architectural trade-offs, applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, and delivering with speed while maintaining quality.
• Raise the bar on sustainable engineering by improving best practices, producing best in class of code, documentation, testing and monitoring.
• Contributes in code and actively takes part in code reviews. 
• Working with the Product Owner/managers to clearly define the scope of multiple sprints. Lead/guide the team through sprint(s) scoping, resource allocation and commitment - the execution plan.
• Drives feature development end-to-end. Active partner with product, design, and peer engineering leads and managers.
• Familiarity with build, release, deployment tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins etc.
• Effective at influencing a culture of engineering craftsmanship and excellence
• Helps the team make the right choices. Drives adoption of engineering best practices and development processes within their team.
• Understanding security and compliance.
• User authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Based on your experience, you may lead a small team of Engineers.

Skills

Microservices, Engineering Management, Quality management, Technical Architecture, technical lead. Hands-on programming experience in one of languages: Python, Golang.

Technical Competencies

• Expertise in REST APIs and WCF
• Strong knowledge of modern techniques such as Responsive Web Design, LINQ, Dependency Injection and Design Patterns
• Strong Skills and experience with web client technologies inclusive of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON and JQuery
• Knowledge of various industry standard development practices (Agile methodology, OOD, TDD, BDD)
• Proficient with tools to enable SDLC (TFS, Visual Studio, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Experience and ability to translate designs into Wordpress pages using Page Builder (Visual Composer, Divi or Elementor) and PHP
• Designing and managing the website back-end with PHP including database and server integration.
• Developing custom Wordpress themes.
• Integration of third party plugins and APIs.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting Wordpress related issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient with any plugin.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3 and HTML5
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

What you need to have:

• Ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of hands-on product design experience with mobile and web products, and proven leadership and team-building skills.
•  An outstanding portfolio that showcases your foundation in ideation, visual design, interaction and delivery
• Ability to understand and analyze user needs and conduct frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with development. 
• Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools like Sketch, Zeplin, Balsamiq, llustrator / Photoshop. 
• Deep understanding of design methodologies, principles and visual design.
• Someone with a MDes from any premium design colleges with 4-5 years of experience or a Bachelor with minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong in visual UI skills and have basic knowledge of UX.
