The role:

To help companies solve their hiring challenges, this role focuses on converting qualified opportunities into successful partnerships with Cutshort.

You will:

• Reach out to companies in our target ICP and connect with the right people.
• Understand their needs, pain points, and interest in improving hiring.
• Clearly explain Cutshort’s offerings and how they work.
• Handle objections and make sure prospects understand the value.
• Set up qualified meetings with decision-makers for AEs.
• Build a steady pipeline of new companies and opportunities.

We are looking for people who:

• Are real salespeople with strong hunger and drive.
• Understand the difference between good sales and bad sales.
• Are target-driven, disciplined, and consistent in their follow-ups.
