We are hiring a Project Lead to manage the Control-M job migration and coordination across technical and business teams. This role involves driving migration planning, documentation, change control, and cross-team collaboration to ensure a smooth rollout into production.
š ļø Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Control-M conversion plan, including dependencies and timelines.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and validation for migrated and new Control-M jobs.
- Maintain clear and updated documentation, including runbooks and change records.
- Coordinate between technical teams (Control-M, infrastructure) and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular status reporting, track issues, and handle escalations.
ā Key Skills:
- Experience with Control-M, ActiveBatch, JAM, or Windows Task Scheduler.
- Strong understanding of enterprise job scheduling and change control processes.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation and runbooks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
šÆ Preferred Background:
- Exposure to infrastructure teams, production environments, or application delivery.
- Familiarity with IT project management, technical coordination, or transformation projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

ā Coordinate with the client and the development team making sure the smooth flow of (WordPress, MEAN / MERNSTACK) projects.
ā Being the One Point POC for clients & handling their issues.

ā Should have exposure to handling Website clients.
