Role Summary:
AuxoAI is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to manage IT assets, support employee onboarding/offboarding, and implement IT policies to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a strong background in IT systems administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on expertise in managing Mac and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage IT inventory, including processing equipment requests, tracking usage, and coordinating repairs or procurement.
Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and oversee lifecycle management for devices and software.
Set up and configure workstations for new hires, including Intune-based policies for Mac and Windows device management.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and equipment returns for offboarding employees, ensuring compliance with data security policies.
Develop and enforce IT policies to maintain security and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues for Windows, Mac systems.
Provide hands-on support for geographically distributed teams, utilizing remote desktop tools and software.
Install, configure, and manage workstation software, hardware, printers, and network devices.
Use Microsoft Intune to deploy and manage device configurations, policies, and updates for Mac and Windows endpoints.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in managing Mac and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Entra ID (Azure AD), antivirus tools, and collaboration platforms.
Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
Familiarity with GitHub and additional cloud environments for access and permissions management.
Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and maintaining compliance in IT systems.
