Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for Conversational AI, Multimodal AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish and scale an AI/Chatbot Lab, with a clear roadmap for innovation across in-app, generative, and conversational AI use cases.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and chatbot developers.
- Architecture & Development
- Architect scalable AI/ML systems encompassing presentation, orchestration, AI, and data layers.
- Build multi-turn, memory-aware conversations using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate chatbots with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and custom applications via APIs/webhooks.
- Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess needs, conduct ROI analyses, and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Identify and implement agentic AI capabilities and SaaS optimization opportunities.
- Deliver POCs, pilots, and MVPs, owning the full design, development, and deployment lifecycle.
- Monitoring & Governance
- Implement and monitor chatbot KPIs using tools like Kibana, Grafana, and custom dashboards.
- Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with governance, data privacy, and security standards.
