Job Title: Assistant Manager -Accounts
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Job Description
Ensure timely and accurately closure of books of accounts monthly, Quarterly
and annually which are in line with Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS.
Liasioning with accounting firm, auditors, and other consultants
Deliver timely and high-quality month end management accounts including a
KPI pack and Presentations.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain proper financial records along with necessary supporting
documents.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and Customer
Reconciliation & Inter- Company Reconciliations as per the timelines of the
management.
Analyse and reconcile all key balance sheet accounts for month-end closing
Preparation of Monthly reporting and MIS.
Support in Budget preparation and Cash flow forecasting.
Support year end audit process and financial accounting work
Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies, rules and regulations
Backup support within team and perform other duties as assigned by the
Manager
Job Specification
