providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire 

the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive 

team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's 

potential.

Sales Lead Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related 

field may be advantageous.

• Experience in sales is necessary.

• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service 

skills.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational 

skills.

Position: Team Leader

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)
