About the role:

As a Product Designer at Devtron, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will own the end-to-end design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, devise innovative solutions, and deliver products that truly resonate with our customers. You'll be responsible for identifying real user challenges, iterating on design concepts, and ensuring a seamless user experience. What You'll Do:

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose design solutions.
• Lead the design process from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Employ an iterative approach to design, adapt, and refine solutions as needed.
• Communicate and present design ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and address use cases in proposed solutions, optimizing for user needs.
• Develop and prototype user flows and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Manage design problems and the end-to-end design process, from rough ideas and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Miro and Figma
• Iterate and test solutions to check if they solve the problem.
• Involve customers in product improvement that provides value to users and growth.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.
• You're constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback, user research, contextual interviews, and analogous research.

What You'll Need:

• Proven record of shipped features/products with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or Designing for Digital Experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is a must.
• Prior experience working on web-based applications is essential.

About the role:

As a Frontend Developer at Devtron, you'll be pivotal in designing, coding, testing, and optimizing the Devtron platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like DevOps, UI/UX, and QE, you'll contribute to developing all application layers. Your participation in Scrum activities will involve code reviews, unit testing, research spikes, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards for continuous improvement.

What You’ll do:

● Design, code, test, debug, optimize and document the Devtron platform

● Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

● Develop all layers of application by collaborating with other functions, namely DevOps, UI/UX team, QE etc.

● Participate in Scrum with activities such as assisting QEs, performing code reviews, unit testing, research spikes, supporting the company’s architectural standards, and contributing to creating new standards supporting continuous improvement, etc.

What You’ll need:

● Bachelor's degree with a BE/BTech preferably in Comp Sc or IT

● 2-3years in programming

● Must have key skills: React, typescript, SCSS, CSS3, Web and HTTP understanding

● Strong analytical and logical skills

● Good to have: Experience in creating responsive applications

● Understanding and work experience in

• React.js and Typescript or other widely used JS framework/ library
• Web applications fundamentals

● Understanding design patterns, and common concepts such as service worker, performance tuning etc.

● Fast learner, ability to perform well in ambiguity and with little supervision

As a Tech Customer Success Manager at Devtron, your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success in utilizing our technological solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for technical support, guiding clients through the implementation and ongoing utilization of Devtron's platforms. Your responsibilities include understanding clients' technical needs, providing expert guidance on platform integration, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Collaborating closely with the sales and engineering teams, you'll advocate for customer needs, gather feedback for product improvements, and drive initiatives to optimize the customer experience. Your ultimate goal is to cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Devtron's technology while addressing their technical challenges and fostering their success.

• Experience: Previous experience in a technical customer success or similar role in the software industry is preferred.

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a solid background in the DevOps or Developer tooling space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Kubernetes ecosystem and experience in positioning products that offer significant value to DevOps teams, platform engineers, site reliability engineers, and software developers. This candidate must also be able to craft engaging stories that capture attention and educate prospective customers to drive pipeline growth.

What You'll do:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our Kubernetes application management platform, focusing on highlighting its ease of use, automated deployments, and seamless integration with popular DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate product capabilities into compelling marketing messages and campaigns.
• Create targeted content that explains our platform's features (such as containerisation in a few clicks, painless multi/hybrid-cloud deployments, unified DevSecOps, and cost optimization strategies) in the context of use cases.
• Engage with the Devtron community to gather feedback, share knowledge, and promote new features.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position Devtron effectively in the DevOps and Kubernetes tooling market.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, value propositions, and target customer segments.

What You'll need:

• 5-15 years in Product Marketing or related technical fields.
• Proven experience in product marketing within the DevOps, developer tooling, or related software technology space.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD processes, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into benefits and value propositions for a non-technical audience.

 About the role:

This role requires expertise in crafting clear, concise software documentation and exceptional teaching skills reflected in written work. Proficiency in diverse technical areas like Linux, HTML/CSS, and programming languages is preferred, alongside experience in managing documentation using static site generators. Collaboration across various locations and time zones is key, demanding organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively. The responsibilities involve creating, structuring, and organizing product documentation for easy comprehension, enhancing user interface text, and ensuring a deep understanding of the product's technology.

What You’ll Do:

● Content: Create, merge, maintain product documentation and release posts—balance priorities

● Structure: Ensure newly developed content uses content topic types to make product documentation easier to scan

● Organization: Ensure that product documentation pages are well organized using good naming and logical groupings

● User interface: Create or improve user interface text, such as field labels or error messages

● Product knowledge: Understand the technology and features of the product

● Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members

What You’ll Need:

● 2+years of experience planning, researching, writing, and editing software documentation

● Excellent skills in grammar, minimalist documentation design, and effective information architecture

● Great teaching skills that translate into amazing written work

● Experience using command line, HTML/CSS, and/or at least one programming language (doesn’t have to be in a professional context)

● Experience with Git and managing docs as code

● Familiarity with DevOps domain

● Experience with a rapidly scaling start-up environment

● Collaborate with in-office members and remote members across countries and time zones

● Highly organized and able to club and prioritize numerous issues and project

Role: You will work with stakeholders to identify the business problem, and then develop layered architectures that can be delivered in an incremental fashion. You will demonstrate a combination of technical leadership and business acumen by making appropriate trade-offs of technical integrity, complexity, time to market and cost. You are a stellar engineer and will write production quality code 70-80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features spanning across systems in a manner that satisfies requirements of performance, scale, security and robustness
• Contribute to improvement of technology and execution processes in the company
• Collaborate in setting technology standards with technology leaders across the company
• Serve as a knowledge centre on current and emerging technologies, and help train others when required
• Foster a strong technical culture by mentoring other engineers
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies, evaluate new tools
• Should open to work on Golang.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Have 7 - 13 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores.
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
