Join Eridium Digital's dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the digital marketing landscape. As a business development intern, you'll play a vital role in strategic planning, client engagement, and market expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends to fuel company growth
- Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies to drive business opportunities
- Support the marketing team to refine branding efforts and optimize lead generation
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for new business prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Support in identifying emerging market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA graduates specializing in Marketing and Sales
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and digital marketing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in sales or digital marketing (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working in Australian or US shifts
- Work from our Bangalore-HSR Layout office

As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive growth by finding new clients, crafting strategies, and presenting our digital marketing services. Your skills in relationship building, communication, and industry awareness will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Research and target potential clients interested in our digital marketing services like SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Design Development and other services
- Develop innovative strategies to attract new business by understanding customer needs and market trends.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
- Grow and manage a balanced sales pipeline across International clients to achieve new business revenue growth
- Take charge of B2B client meetings and appointment setting via outbound cold calling
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client transitions from engagement to service delivery
Requirements
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in International Sales with B2B Market lead generation, 100+ cold calling & appointment setting experience, preferably with a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven International Business Development/Sales and Prospecting Results with an established network
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts
- Work from our Bangalore-HSR Layout office
