Job Objective:

The Fullstack Developer will be instrumental in developing end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack. This role focuses on both backend and frontend development to create seamless, scalable, and effective applications that enhance our platform’s capabilities in managing sustainable finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Database Management: Handle database design and management tasks with MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• API Development and Integration: Develop robust RESTful APIs with Express.js and integrate third-party APIs to enhance application functionalities.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React.js, ensuring a compelling user experience that aligns with business requirements.
• Testing and Deployment: Implement comprehensive testing protocols to ensure application reliability and performance, and manage deployment processes.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application development with overall business strategy and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Solid understanding and professional experience with the MERN stack.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage fully functional web applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ syntax and features.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Knowledge of REST API design and development.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus.
