What we look for:

We are looking for individuals with strong Flutter & Django proficiency with understanding of OOPs. Any experience at a startup, in Frontend development, software development or in open-source contributions will be highly valued.

Your willingness to put in the extra hours to build the best systems will be counted.

Skills:

1. Flutter & Django (or other similar frameworks): Excellent proficiency, and ability to write clean and robust production-level code. Exposure in designing, developing and maintaining android apps. Experience as a developer for at least a year in any frontend-based role is a must. Libraries/tools: Android Jetpack, Jenkins or any other tool for CICD & deployments, AWS & Cloud services.
2. REST APIs: A fundamental understanding of APIs and previous experience or projects related to API development or integrations is required. Experience in writing REST APIs from scratch is highly desirable.
3. Git: Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong command of Git, including branching strategies, merging, pull requests, and familiarity with resolving conflicts. Experience in collaborative projects using Git is highly valued.
4. Not necessary but good to have: A basic understanding of Databases, Data Pipelines/ETLs, and AWS.

What you'll be working on:

1. Design & build Android applications specifically meant for onboarding customers, and providing a payment platform based on UPI, including the backend and the frontend.
2. Take the projects from ideation to production - mobile applications, integrations with 3rd party APIs and other developments as and when needed for the company.
3. Take initiative and ownership of the engineering projects with an objective to provide a smooth experience for the user.
4. Setup a robust CICD for easy and quick deployments in UAT as well as Prod.

Other Requirements:

1. Availability for full-time work in Bangalore. Advantage for immediate joiners.
2. Strong passion for technology and problem-solving.
3. At least 1 year of industry experience in a technical role specifically as a developer is a must.
4. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
