Content Creator Responsibilities
- Writing and updating content for the company’s website, blogs, social media, and other platforms.
- Reviewing and editing content published on different platforms.
- Creating marketing materials for the company.
- Performing interviews to gain information on the latest trends and developments in the industry.
- Contextualizing research findings to deliver relatable content.
- Supporting the creative team by developing the design of promotional content.
- Engaging customers via social media platforms.
- Responding to complaints and questions of customers.
- Promoting company initiatives via different platforms.
- Keeping track of social media and website metrics.
- Using SEO tactics to increase website traffic.
- Recommending new ways to advertise company offerings and reach the right consumer segment.
- Must conduct researches on all the industry-related topics.
Content Creator Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, advertising, marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience as a copywriter/content creator or a similar role.
- A portfolio of published content on social media or other platforms.
- Knowledge about the best SEO practices.
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread content.
- Exceptional researching abilities.
- Extraordinary time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments and work in teams.
- Ability to work independently without requiring supervision.
