Brand Associate Responsibilities

- Updating product pricing to align the company's long-term strategies.
- Organizing and participating in promotional activities to uphold a positive brand image.
- Administering different survey tools.
- Collecting data about brand equity performance.
- Coordinating customer loyalty plans.
- Performing activities to communicate the business value proposition to customers.
- Recording customer information according to a target profile.
- Implementing various product and brand promotion plans.
- Performing checks about brand consistency.
- Providing inputs from the customer experience map to the design and development teams.
- Executing customer acquisition plans.
Brand Associate Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business administration, management, or a similar field.
- Work experience as a brand associate, marketing associate, or a similar role.
- Knowledge about product packaging, positioning, and pricing.
- Knowledge about media marketing campaigns.
- Experience with different distribution channels.
- Ability to perform market analysis and interpret charts, spreadsheets, etc.
