Brand Ambassador Job Brief
We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors who can be the voice and face of our business. They will be responsible for promoting the services or products of our company through numerous channels, including social media platforms.
The chosen candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales division to achieve all the marketing objectives and other goals. Some of these goals are tracking down the customer feedback and communicating the product’s value to all the customers.
He/she will also represent the company during events and launches. But to excel in this particular role, the candidate must possess outstanding networking and communication skills. A similar role or experience as a brand ambassador is also required.
They also must carry marketing and sales principles knowledge when taking up this position. The sales and marketing team will also help the candidate develop all the tools essential to growing in a particular market.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the following duties as a Brand Ambassador:
- Familiarize themselves with the brand’s objectives, mission, vision, and other things.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize all the marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Educate all the distributors, customers, and retailers about our services or products.
- Create all the social media and website-related content to attract all new customers and drive brand awareness.
- Build rapport with the vendors and customers.
- Monitor all the escalating complaints along with customer feedback to the marketing department.
- Track down all the media campaigns, metrics, and customer preferences.
- Represent our company during trade shows, events, and product launches without fail.
- Must brainstorm ideas and take part in workshops and training.
- Maintain a positive image of the company.
- Follow all the policies of the company.
Brand Ambassador Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or within a related field.
- Must possess prior experience within a customer service environment.
- He/she should contain outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- As Brand Ambassadors, he/she should have an outgoing, approachable and friendly personality.
- Must carry adequate working knowledge of social media tools and platforms.
- Should possess the power to prioritize tasks.
- He/She should be available for traveling from one place to another.
