- Driving the source code management procedures.
- Participating in peer-secure code reviews.
- Planning, scheduling, evaluating, and reporting complex project activities.

SOA Developer Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software development, or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of experience using databases and frameworks like Oracle, JavaScript, and SOA Web Services.
- Ability to write scripts with Shell, WSLT, and Pearl.
- Experience with developing multi-platform software systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices related to SOA.
- Experience with implementing security authentication and processes.
- A solid background in functional design and business operations analysis.
- Ability to work in a multi-vendor surrounding to achieve consensus on system designs.
- Flair for solving problems with innovative solutions.
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to represent SOA Standards and Recommendations.
- Experience with coding, testing, implementing, and documenting solutions.
