Senior Software Engineer Job Brief
You'd be in charge of leading and managing technical and operational projects and establishing software requirements and specifications. You would collaborate with our company's upper management to create high-quality software that aligns with our business strategy and user demand.
The ideal candidate for this position should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. You must have exemplary communication and leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions and think because this is a senior position. In addition, you must have demonstrated prior experience leading software development teams.
Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities

Research information needs, consult with users, study system flow, data usage, and work processes, investigate problem areas, and adhere to the software development lifecycle.

Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to repair and improve products.

Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.

Task automation using scripting and other appropriate tools.

Prepare, install, debug, and analyze solutions per system requirements while making policy changes to improve operations.

Collect, analyze, and summarise information; collaborate with management and other special teams to resolve issues or make changes based on data results.

Document coding project particulars using a standardized process of writing program descriptions, cataloging changes made and recording any special instructions.

Continuous improvement is supported by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
Senior Software Engineer Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.

You have extensive experience in full-stack software development (front-end, back-end, DevOps, etc.)

Considerable experience developing software using workflow or ESB software.

You understand the entire software development lifecycle, from the requirement analysis phase to design, development, testing, and implementation. It would be best if you had experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates, and meet production deadlines.
