We are looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to join our growing team: As part of the product team you'll: • Help shape and refine the overall product experience of the KisanHub platform • Design user flows, interfaces and experiences that are simple and clear across both web and mobile, eradicating complexity wherever you find it • Synthesise user feedback, user research, and user data into actionable product decisions • Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to customers, sales, engineering and other stakeholders • Develop final designs to be implemented by the engineering team • Mentor and working with other members of the product and design team To do this successfully you’ll have: • 4+ years experience designing for web and mobile in a fast-paced consumer product environment • Proven ability to self-manage and prioritise your workload to deliver against deadlines • Excellent communication skills and the ability to champion your ideas and vision • Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools including Sketch, InVision, Framer and Principle • An up-to-date and ever-evolving understanding of best practices and developments in web and mobile design Application and Selection: Our recruitment process is designed to be thorough and challenging, yet informative and friendly.
