Job description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any potential problems that our users might face with accuracy and efficiency. The sales executive will be required to understand the requirement of the users and provide customized solutions and aid in deal closure, booking and payments. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The candidate will be required to manage large amounts of incoming enquires and convert leads into sales and constantly update the proprietary CRM. Basic Qualifications - We are looking for Graduates / MBAs with 0 to 3 years of work experience in customer engagement or sales profiles. - Candidates familiar with real estate sector and handling of CRM will be preferred. - Prior experience in enquiry management and lead tracking will be beneficial - Should have strong written and spoken communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of other Indian languages (preferably, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu) will be a big advantage In addition, ideal candidate should have - Good problem solving skills - Must have good work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Works independently - Detail oriented
