We are looking for Product Managers/Analysts who would be responsible for recognizing, understanding, and documenting market, customer, and user needs, then working with the product team to translate those needs into differentiated and delightful functionality. Product Manager will work closely with Sales/account management, Design, Engineering and QA teams to help define clear product requirements and prioritize these features for implementation and roll out. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Engaging with multiple business stakeholders to ensure all product needs are captured. 2. Working collaboratively with Business Managers, Designers, Engineering, and QA to deliver engaging customer experiences. 3. Development of a short, mid and long term product roadmap to deliver against stated business requirements and priorities. 4. Prioritizing, designing and implementing new features, enhancements and user engagement plans to deliver the maximum customer benefit. 5. Developing and documenting (via wireframes) detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces. Constantly striving to enhance product experience by improving UI/UX aspects of existing functionalities. 6. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes. MUST HAVE SKILL SETS: 1. Vision, road-mapping, goal setting, spec writing, managing project execution, A/B testing, UI/UX wire-framing, defining product roll-out strategy 2. Passion for great design, you should know what works, what doesn't and why 3. Experience in shipping features across various platforms (Web, Android, and iOS) MUST HAVE QUALITIES: 1. Combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle 2. Rigorous - ask hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots 3. Willing to work for a start-up and go extra mile 4. Willing to work independently with little or no supervision
