The Content Developer will be responsible for working on a variety of content in various forms, i.e., text, audio, video, and images, and working cross-functionally on the promotion of that content.
Responsibility * Strategize user & partner acquisition marketing plan, product branding roadmap * Co-responsible for overall marketing KPIs and targets (DAU, MAU, User Acquisition, retention) * Approach and make partnership with existing Hindi/Bengali/Telugu/Marathi/Tamil video content publishers in Youtube/Facebook/Instagram and etc * Explore and make partnership with new publishers, define and contract the cooperation * Embedded with affiliate marketing networks, negotiation and management of online media campaigns of Mobile Advertising(CPI, CPR, CPV, CPS,CPC,CPM) * Track and analyze data to identify problems/trends and finding scalable solutions/opportunities * Coordinating with product, operation teams for language-specific operations Skills * Minimum 3 year experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, Media or eCommerce * Having an engineering degree will be an added advantage * Exceptional leader with strong track record of fostering high-performance teams * Ability to communicate powerfully and proficiently.
