The Response Centre Technical Associate facilitates successful completion of Technical service calls. RCT opens new service calls, verifies entitlement, diagnoses the service requirement, dispatches field resources, monitors alarms, and updates the ticketing system. Escalates calls, and performs the role of communication hub between TERiX, the customer, sub-contractors, and management.
