KRAs: - Pre-sales preparation and identification of high to low potential clients based- publicly available data - Developing sales plan and identification of potential clients through primary- and secondary research - Close co-ordination with sales team to ensure productivity and drive client- closure - Preparation of credential deck and case studies from the existing client list - Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data - Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning SKILLS REQUIRED: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of at least one of the following - MS Excel, MS Power- Point, CRM such as Zoho, FreshDesk, Salesforce - Collect, assess and analyse (from the internet and various databases) market,- customer, and competitor information related to current business - Analyse the results - structure and analyse primary and secondary information- in order to answer the defined key questions - Participate/lead ideation sessions to identify revenue growth opportunities for- ConversionX - Assist Marketing Managers towards better market understanding, trend- analysis, calculation of market potential and penetration, opportunity- assessment, marketing claims, etc. - Understanding of industry measurement tools like Comscore, Google- analytics and Similarweb EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 years of Experience in Business Analytics, Engineering- Background preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Represent Virtuos in a positive and professional manner • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals • First Call, lead generation, opportunity identification and development in unexplored markets. • Responsible for profiling customer and target accounts, mapping executive structures and corporate solutions, identifying qualified opportunities within divisions, and securing appointments • Doing research on the companies being prospected and also competitor's analysis. • Investigate and qualify all incoming contacts that arise through web, event based and marketing campaigns and through targeted outbound activity • Prospect into target accounts to find new revenue opportunities • To have effective social sales engagement through Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and other emerging social tools including inbound and outbound email systems. • Develop an effective strategy to articulate the CRM value proposition • Generation of leads by pitching for sales and setting up appointments • Managing the Prospect to Quote Sales Cycle • Maintaining and updating the customer and prospect data • Assisting and making recommendations to Business Development manager for client account planning • Report weekly metrics to Business Manager. Qualification: • Excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills • Education/Degree within the field of Sales OR Marketing • Knowledge and experience in Sales of any Technical Products or Technical Services, is preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook • Strong organizational & time management skills • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member • Ability to follow instructions as needed
