Job description

Amura is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company services, negotiating and closing deals. Candidate must have an experience to follow sales life-cycle including prospects and lead generation & qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure. Reporting into the Regional Sales Head, your core responsibilities will entail: 1 Building relationships with potential customers: real estate buyers. 2 Learning knowledge base of ongoing real estate market. 3 Building your own market intelligence with analytical methods. 4 Using your knowledge base to consult customers about economics of different micro-markets. 5 Helping customers to shortlist projects available in market. 6 Explain your opinion, analysis and recommendation about each project to customer. 7 Accompany customer during site visits - provide insights, pros and cons of each project. 8 Help customers in negotiating a deal. 9 Consult customer about different financing options - devise custom solution: best for customer's portfolio. 10 Building relations with builders' sales team - to ensure your customer gets the best deal entire customer servicing: documentation, follow-ups, coordination. Eligibility: Should have Experience in Real Estate.
