Must Haves:
• Minimum 3- 6 years of design experience
• At least two years of experience working on digital products which include creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, process flows and high-fidelity screens
• Worked on Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Product Design
• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications and mobile applications Can establish and run a good design process (exploratory and evaluative research, sprints, reviews etc.)
• Are comfortable with and interested in actively designing the product by himself/herself
• Familiarity and experience with a standard design, prototyping, and user research tools, such as Figma, Miro, and Sketch.

About the role
As a UX designer, you will work with folks in the product team to envisage the end-user experience for various financial services products in a competitive space to bring an engaging and delightful customer experience. You will use market analysis, customer feedback, and insights from data to iteratively refine the design and achieve excellence. As an early member of this team, you’ll also have the opportunity to define the UX guidelines, design language, and information architecture for various products across the organization.

You should have

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for envisioning, defining, and owning our Product design strategy. You’ll work with product, operations, business, and content teams to understand customer pain points, unrealized wants to drive better user experience and customer satisfaction. You’ll own design standards, and execution while leading a team of passionate product designers, conducting and facilitating research.

Thrive is a restaurant-first direct ordering platform. Our product touches the lives of restaurant owners, management, kitchen + operations staff and also end consumers.

Direct ordering is a blue-ocean and we're looking out for innovative designers looking to create brand new experiences contrary to what you see already with food delivery apps.
Role:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Should possess strong knowledge of visual design principals along with proficiency with illustrations and icon design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe creative suite, Sketch, Figma and prototyping tools
- Shape the user experience of wireframes by adding or enhancing visual elements considering the principals of aesthetic design.
- Focus on the aesthetics of a product and its related materials by strategically implementing iconography, typography, space, layouts, colour, Illustrations, and in dashboard training gifs/ videos.
- Maintain a design style guide and ensure every feature shipping out into production is compliant with it.
- Work closely with frontend engineers to provide design deliverables such as icons, fonts or any other styling element.
- Work closely with product marketing team on the feature announcement plans, come up with the creative and get them implemented.

Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- MBA/ engineering from premier Institutions
- 4-7 years experience with at least 3 years in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for Pre MBA profiles)
- 2-4 years experience with at least 1 year in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for MBA profiles)
- Experience in working on marketplace/ blue-collared mobile products
