Job Summary: GoProtoz is seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to drive sales and bring new business as a Business Development Manager. Should be a performance-driven professional with strong communication, marketing & consultative sales skills. Ideal person should preferably have good understanding of the Mobile/App/Web/IT consulting industry. Responsibilities and Duties: - Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in Web & Mobile Application Design. - Manage Sales Pipeline. - Client Relationship Management. - Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process) - Lead generation activities in India and Overseas market. - Sign up new Clients for User experience Design of Web & Mobile applications for GoProtoz. - Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, close the deals. - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts. - Create presentations and proposals. - Meeting/Presentations follow up. - Presales/ Post sales follow up. - Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines. - Setting strategy and revenue targets. - Meet the quarterly revenue targets. - Generate & exceed Revenue targets per month. - Cross Selling to Existing Clients. - Working on account management. Experience/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred - Min 4 years of full time corporate sales experience (IT Consulting) - Previous experience of successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry. - Must be target oriented and aggressive in business development, with out of the box thinking - Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business. - Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire the team. - Must Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Independent thought and action. - Ability to decide and prioritise. - Energy… Lots of it!
