What are we looking for a.k.a “The JD” : 

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Content Analyst Trainee to assist the Content team by ensuring that the organisation's brand ideals and website are upheld for our brand, "Cambridge Wealth". You will assist in developing a strategic plan that ensures the ongoing success of our online presence & creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate has demonstrable creative writing skills and has the pulse of current social media trends.

What will you be doing at "Cambridge Wealth" a.k.a “Your Responsibilities :

• Help develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Work with the Content team to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Create and publish engaging written content. Edit, proofread and improve other writers’ posts
• Ideate and create engaging Infographics, podcasts, videos and other multimedia content for Social media.
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency & Optimise content according to SEO.
• Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic ensuring compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Align with the editorial calendar and ensure content goals are met

What should our ideal candidate have a.k.a “Your Requirements”:

• In - office Availability. This will be an In-office role at our office in Pune.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong command over the English language.
• Proven work experience in Content(Financial/Wealth) marketing preferred.. 
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, WordPress, Canva and other illustrative tools.
• Working knowledge of audio and video editing
• Working Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing is a plus.
• Proactiveness and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, strong operational expertise, time management skills and a growth mindset

• You are a self-starter and take ownership of deliverables to develop a consensus with the team on approach and methods and deliver to them.

Stipend : Rs 15k / month (PPO possibility at the end of 6 months basis performance evaluation)

Duration :  6 Months. Please note that this is an On-site/ Work from Office program at our headquarters in Pune..

Key Responsibilities

•   The Kafka Engineer is responsible for Designing and recommending the best  approach suited    for data movement to/from different sources using Apache/Confluent Kafka.
•   Create topics, set up redundancy cluster, deploy monitoring tools, and alerts, and has good          knowledge of best practices.
•   Develop and ensure adherence to published system architectural decisions and development       standards
•   Must be comfortable working with offshore/global teams to deliver projects

Required Skills

•  Good understanding of Event-based architecture, messaging frameworks and stream processing solutions using Kafka Messaging framework.
•  3+ years hands-on experience working on Kafka connect using schema registry in a high-volume environment.
•  Strong knowledge and exposure to Kafka brokers, zookeepers, KSQL, KStream and Kafka Control centre.
•  Good experience working on Kafka connectors such as MQ connectors, Elastic Search connectors, JDBC connectors, File stream connectors, JMS source connectors, Tasks, Workers, converters, and Transforms.
•  Hands on experience with developing APIs and Microservices
•  Solid expertise with Java
•  Working knowledge on Kafka Rest proxy and experience on custom connectors using the Kafka core concepts and API.

Good to have: 

•  Understanding of Data warehouse architecture and data modelling
•  Good knowledge of big data ecosystem to design and develop capabilities to deliver solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
•  Good understanding of other AWS services such as CloudWatch monitoring, scheduling, and automation services
•  Strong skills in In-memory applications, Database Design, and Data Integration
•  Ability to guide and mentor team members on using Kafka.

Experience: 3 to 8 Years 

Work timings: 2.30PM - 11.30PM

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Extreme CSS skills
• Experience with ReactJS or NextJS is a MUST
• Strong communication skills
• A strong passion for writing simple, clean and efficient code.
• Sound knowledge of clean code, no unused code, optimized code and more.
• Always starting with a document and then implementing in a systematic and organized manner
• Past experience as a frontend developer building modern JavaScript-based web applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and

influencing skills.

Experience:

• Min 5 years experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Qualifications & Responsibilities 

• Strong hands-on experience with Java; full-stack development
• Designs, codes, tests, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs
• Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems
• Work with other software engineers for one or more Agile scrum teams assigned to work on the project · Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions, issues, and plans to technology leadership
• Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will enhance team velocity · Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the scrum team
• Estimate engineering work effort for the engineering team and effectively identify and prioritize the high impact tasks
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines
• Drive a quality mindset within the team

Skills: 

• 2+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
• 2+ years of experience working as a full-stack java developer
• 1+ years of web development with AngularJS
• Experience or familiarity with technologies such as WSDL, REST and/or SOAP web services, XML, JBoss, Adobe CQ5 DAM, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Hibernate, Spring.
