• Good working experience on debugging tools like Xpediter, abend aid..etc
• Experiencing in modernizing the legacy systems
• Good experience in leading projects by providing technical leadership. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and can work independently

• Identity Access Management (IAM)/SailPoint IIQ  Implementation and Governance
• Java development
• Role -Base Access Control (RBAC)
• Custom / OOTB connector development experience
• Integration experience with JDBC, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Mainframe  ACF2

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS:
Should be currently based in Japan with Valid work visa

• · Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adaption and learning of the business processes.
• · Should have experience working with Mainframe, Cobol, JCL ,DB2.
• · Working knowledge on at least one database – MS SQL server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebird SQL diagnose, troubleshoot and fix complex issues.
