Responsibilities:

• Take a lead in product and design ideation, planning and prioritisation. Also be responsible for the creative direction the product should take. 
• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behaviour and data. 
• Work closely with the Product and the engineering team deliver delightful customer experiences and ship new features
• Take part in creative and holistic thinking across our diverse products and conduct design reviews and status meetings as needed.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Running user testing of applications, software, websites. Troubleshoot UX DESIGNER problems.
• Communicating scenarios, end to end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to other stakeholders
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes 
• Effectively mentor and inspire a team of designers. Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritising and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.

1.Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, etc.
2.Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
3.Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

We are looking for an experienced user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements (and any technical limitations), as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

He will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. You will be part of the product team work closely with users, engineers, and UI designers to build and refine our product.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

What You’ll Do

● Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. ● Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. ● Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. ● Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. ● Own big design projects (think social platforms, new design tools, and other high-impact projects) ● Work directly with our engineers, delivering them product specs and assets ● Work directly with other designers to envision and iterate the concept ● Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the team ● Compile research and create user flows ● Design mockups and high-fidelity user interfaces ● Understand product specifications and user psychology ● Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback ● Create personas through user research and data ● Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success ● Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability). Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. ● Developing an iconic and beloved identity for a high-profile startup as it launches and grows. (Think Zomato, Uber, Tesla, Flipkart)
  What You’ll Need  ● Six or more years of UX design experience. ● Solid grasp of Information architecture, interaction design, information design, and usability testing ● A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. ● Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, or any related software is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. ● Ability to work with users to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. ● Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. ● Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. ● Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. ● Solid design background with an obsessive eye for visual and interaction details ● Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision ● Background in project management and research

Bitmesh.com is an online cryptocurrency asset exchange platform which allows people to buy and sell bitcoin cash, bitcoin and other mainstream crypto assets through OTC and spot exchange, also people can take a loan using crypto asset as collateral. Responsibilities involve the following: 1. Interact with our Gujarati speaking users to solve their problems using our products. 2. Grow and manage local online and offline Bitmesh communities. Moderate the local Bitmesh forums, social platform and chat groups(such as twitter, facebook and most popular local social networking apps) and interact with the community to increase positive engagement. 3. Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Bitmesh local user base and influence. Assist in organising online and offline events and meet-ups 4. Assist with Bitmesh Angels recruitment and bonding. 5. Design and develop emails, web graphics, website designs, animated graphics, social media assets, infographics, presentations and digital advertising campaigns. Support the creation of a variety of non-digital projects as needed eg brochures, flyers, white papers, signage, trade show collateral etc. Research ongoing trends and best practices in UI/UX and use them to inform design standards and educate the marketing team. Provide basic to intermediate level video editing support as needed.
