Role: ServiceNow Technical Lead (Multiple Opportunities) Location: Pune / Indore Experience: 9 to 12 + Years Skills Matrix : ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog. Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs Provide ServiceNow architectural solutions to complex enterprise applications with end-to-end implementation. Project Management & Process Management activities. Comfortable with Short / Long Term Onsite opportunities. Role & Responsibilities: Design & Develop custom specific services considering the existing functionality of the ServiceNow platform as well as the soon- to-be functionality according to their product roadmap. Identification and evaluation of the most effective as well as efficient scenario and method for implementation Development & Enhancement of new and existing ServiceNow applications and modules Manage troubleshooting as well as patch & release management issues Plan and lead support tasks for ServiceNow applications already being deployed during the project e.g. early life support Planning and realization of project streams for technical implementation of ServiceNow (e.g. Screen tailoring, Workflow administration, Report setup, LDAP integration, Interfaces to / integration of 3rd party IT systems, ServiceNow system setup, Configuration (forms, tables), Customization & tailoring (JavaScript), Integration development outside Service-Now, Documentation of achieved results, Testing activities. Working knowledge of any build tools, such as ANT, Maven, and Gradle Knowledge of AngularJS would be a plus Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required Experience: ITSM & SNOW Modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog. Extensive experience with Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs Create access control rules/ UI Policies/ Data Policies/ Integration Provide ServiceNow architectural solutions to complex enterprise applications with end-to-end implementation. Project Management & Process Management activities. Comfortable with Short / Long Term Onsite opportunities. Qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduation (Pref related to Computer Science)
