Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the QA team, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Establish and maintain QA workflows, processes, and strategies to ensure efficient testing and high-quality product delivery.

Test Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.
- Identify, document, and manage test data requirements.
Automation Testing:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Page Object Model (POM).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing.
- Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
Manual Testing:
- Conduct manual testing for exploratory, usability, cross-browser, and responsive UI testing when necessary.
- Execute regression and sanity testing based on release plans.
Defect Management:
- Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using tools like JIRA and Test Rail.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend improvements.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and release notes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide application demos to stakeholders.
- Communicate testing status, risks, and mitigation plans.
