Experience is a relative metric, but we expect our trainers to know how to sell. Some sales experience is a must, especially if you have done direct sales in any segment. We will rely on you to have an understanding of the market, and the agility to customize your message based on your audience. You should have the ability to narrate a story, create content, distribute it, and make it consumable. We are driven by our technology, and hence we will prefer candidates who have a demonstrated technology bent to them. Ability to speak Tamil fluently is a must. Knowing Kannada and/or Malayalam would definitely boost your eligibility.
