iZooto is looking for a smart, self-motivated, creative SEO Specialist to join its marketing team and own one of our most important marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience solving tough technical SEO problems, monitoring SERP’s and driving performance. About iZooto iZooto is an owned audience marketing platform that helps publishers and retailers build, engage and retarget their audience using web push notifications. We are also one of the fastest growing SaaS businesses in India. Over 15,000 marketers across the world leverage iZooto on a daily basis to push over 11B+ notifications only on a monthly basis. We are now a 45 people strong team based out of Noida and the world's second largest browser notification platform. We are simple - no frills set up. We saw a clear opportunity with web push notifications and over the last 3 years, we have been able to carve out a niche for ourselves. Unfortunately, there is no romantic story here and that's what we are - straightforward, to the point and transparent about what we do and how we do it. Roles and Responsibilities You will be expected to: -Develop a long-term SEO strategy to build authority for the domain and drive demand generation -Perform site specific keyword research and competitive analysis -Perform technical SEO audits and drive on-page website SEO optimization -Perform backlink analysis and execute link building strategy -Monitor, SEO performance closely and communicate with content and product marketing teams -Work with the content team to drive SEO in the content roadmap -Execute off-page SEO via conversations on forums (Shopify Forums, Quora, et al) You Will Own These Metrics Each team at iZooto owns a set of metrics. Efficacy and efficiency of the team are measured by tracking pre-defined metrics. Over a period of time, you will work towards improving these key metrics - -Organic Traffic -Domain Authority -Page Authority -Keyword Ranking Must Have: -2-3 years of SEO experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skill -A demonstrated track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and or revenue while managing and executing search engine optimization strategies and tactics -Experience with SEO applications, tools, and web analytics packages (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc) -Ability to analyze data and prepare reports presentation -Strong knowledge of all elements of search optimization: on-page, off-site, and technical Good To Have: -“True Hustler” - strong team operator who plays well with others, and thrives in a rapidly evolving, and dynamic set up -Stay updated on SEO trends and come up with new ideas -Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus -Motivated and curious to learn new things
