The Role
SAP BTP Administrator is responsible for setup, configure and administer SMP/BTP for Customers during the course of the project. Providing architecture solutions and follow various mobile application design paradigms. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Mobility Configuration, Applications, and deployment of Mobile Apps.
The Role of SAP BTP Administrator is to enable required configurations for Innovapptive products in the Customer Landscape and working alongside with our Delivery, support and Customer success teams.

- Ability to adeptly have a conversation with Project Management and Business heads from a very technical perspective about solutions and features.
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of strategic and tactical concepts for complex enterprise use cases & technology architecture.
- An ongoing awareness of industry and technology trends that promotes a deeper product understanding.
- Bridge the technology knowledge GAP between Products & Innovations and the Professional Services (Delivery, Support & Customer Success).
- You will identify, research, and monitor notable events within the SAP environment, and occasionally address more complicated events (both independently and team-based).
- Comfortable participating in dynamic conversations surrounding sales mechanics that will enable you to positively influence key stakeholders.
- Understand the customer’s business strategy and technology needs; identify the key capabilities and technology enablers required to support the customer’s needs.
- Participate in the delivery of solution best practices, reference architectures, educational sessions and industry summits to existing customers, partners and internal audiences.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent on the job experience.
- 2-3 years of Enterprise Mobile solutions delivery experience, with a strong focus on translating customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Exposure to SAP BTP different environments- Neo, Cloud Foundry.
- Strong understanding of deployment architecture including load balancing, network topologies and single sign-on.
- Strong hands on skills with troubleshooting failures across Cloud and System Administration.
- Experience in a client-facing role explaining strategic and tactical concepts to customers is required.
- Knowledge on deployment and configuration of applications such as Integration Suite, WebIDE etc.
- Should have knowledge on SAP Cloud Connector Installation ,Configuration and Upgrade.
- Experience with Cloud Platform, Netweaver Gateway and User Interfaces (iOS, Android, Windows, UI5) and SAP Fiori.
- Should be able to configure Authentication SSO and principal propagation on SAP BTP.
- Experience with web services such as OData, SOAP/REST services, JDBC, JSON, and XML.
- Strong understanding and consulting of Network Admin activities to understand customer’s Network layer security setup and ensure Innovapptive solution is seamlessly deployed.
- Educational or Professional Knowledge in each of the stages in delivering end-to-end mobile applications and solutions (Inception, Design and architecture (D & A), Implementation, QA, Deployment, and Support).
- Experience on SAP as a backend,BTP SDK, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA would be an additional advantage.
- Good to have ITIL, SAP BTP or any cloud certification .

The key role of the Business Process Design - Associate is to become a core implementation team member for RIA Symphony - our low-code insurance automation platform.
In this role, you would:
- Work in a consultative setting with business users to help them define user requirements, the scope of processes, optimizations, etc. to drive better business outcomes
- Be responsible for taking the business user requirements and turning them into highly efficient and scalable BPMN processes - you’re responsible for Designing, Modeling, Deployment, and Testing the processes on the RIA Symphony Platform
- Create effective documentation for processes you build
- Work with business users on an ongoing basis to review the performance of processes, deep-dive into analytics, suggest optimizations and make the appropriate changes to processes
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business leadership to define the product vision and strategy for developing the RIA Symphony platform into a world-class technology platform

REQUIREMENT

- Experience with BPMN 2.0, DMN is a plus

What You Will Be Doing
As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices.
