We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Office Administrator who is excited to tackle operational and administrative challenges. In this role, you will be expected to achieve key milestones such as ensuring seamless office operations, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace, and enhancing overall efficiency within the office environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our teams by managing office supplies, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.
In this role you will:
- Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels, placing orders as needed, and ensuring timely restocking to avoid shortages.
- Supervise junior administrative staff, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Coordinate and execute office events such as formal meetings, team outings, and celebrations to enhance team cohesion and engagement.
- Provide support to colleagues across different departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and a collaborative work environment.
- Manage the reception area by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression of the company.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries to facilitate seamless business travel for employees.
- Oversee office operations, implementing efficient organizational systems to optimize workflow and productivity.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the office remains fully stocked and operational by proactively managing supply levels and vendor relationships.
- Overseeing junior administrative team members, offering support and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
- Planning and executing company events that align with corporate culture and objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks and operational needs to enable them to focus on core business activities.
- Managing front desk operations with professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and staff alike.
- Handling travel arrangements efficiently, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered for a smooth experience.
- Implementing and maintaining office organization systems that contribute to a productive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in event coordination, travel planning, and office operations.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior administrative staff effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
