We are looking for a Mobility Lead with relevant experience of 5+ years. to produce scalable android & IOS solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Lead, you should be comfortable around full android coding, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and maintain in-house applications
- Defining standard schemas to support event tracking across all the various apps.
- Encourage a development culture that focuses on the quality of delivery
- Create excellent, clear, and insightful documentation ex: guidelines, best practices, how-to, FAQs, etc
- Lead all the engineering efforts in the android team
- Guide, advise and mentor the members of the android squad
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development
- Ensure great hire.
Basic Requirements
- At least 5+ years of mobile engineering experience with Android as primary expertise
- You are a hands-on engineer with a focus on writing easy to read code than over-engineering
- Should have worked on projects that involve collaborating with multiple teams
- You are very well versed in architectural approaches, testing, and performance when it comes to building mobile
- You have a passion for building scalable and composable systems that would last long
- Participating and ability to make decisions in the architecture design
