What’s the job?

As Lead Ad Operations you are the beating heart of our ad monetisation and user acquisition. You will be managing a team responsible for setting up, organising and running our advanced monetisation systems across a huge variety of platforms, maximising monetization for our live games, supporting the user acquisition team in new game launches and assuring we have the highest performing ads in our campaigns.

 What you will really be doing

  • Managing a small team of Ad Operations Executives, working on numerous products at once, organising team priorities and ensuring all tasks are completed to a consistent standard
  • Managing ad monetisation aspects of our games including setup for new launches and optimisation of live games. 
  • Liaising with our Creative team to ensure our games have high-performing creatives, assisting in the development of new frameworks and strategies for creative testing.
  • Using ad mediation tools such as MoPub, as well ad networks (Ironsource, Unity Ads, AppLovin etc.) on a daily basis
  • Assist in developing and implementing new methods for monetising our catalogue of hyper-casual hits
  • Working within the User Acquisition and Monetisation team, providing UA & Monetisation executives with the information they need to launch and sustain hit games

Skills and Requirements

  • +2 years of experience working on mobile products, ideally mobile games
  • +1 year of experience managing a team
  • Experience working with mobile ad monetisation management/analysis, being comfortable with the technical aspects of ad monetisation
  • Experience working across multiple teams with ability to organise and manage
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable handling data 
  • People-person with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for mobile games

As Casual / Free to play Games Monetisation Designer you have experience creating key monetisation systems within F2P games. You’ll work closely with every department to create monetisation opportunities for our games.

You can either work REMOTELY or in our Bangalore office surrounded by a great bunch of people!

What you will really be doing

  • Working as part of the design team, designing monetisation strategies for existing and upcoming games with a focus on In-app purchases.

  • Working with functionality designers to create compelling purchasing opportunities.

  • Evolving and adapting game designs based on play testing, feedback and live metrics.

  • Working with the analytics department, driving long term player engagement by understanding mobile players needs and motivations.

  • Working with the different departments to manage content and pricing for in-game purchases

  • Analysing of emerging F2P monetisation trends

Skills and requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a monetisation design role with at least one published game.

  • Experience working with F2P mobile games.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Expert knowledge of mobile free-to-play game monetisation.

What’s the job?

As our Data Scientist (Game / Concept Testing), you’ll be overseeing our critical ‘game discovery’ process, ensuring that we’re using the best data-driven methods for identifying hit hyper-casual games. You’ll be working with multiple teams within the company as well as external network partners to learn how we currently test concepts, then aim to iterate on and improve these methods in step with developments in the market.

  • Analysing UA campaigns across a range of social channels and ad networks to assess their ability to identify profitable hyper-casual titles
