Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the founder, with a team of 1 direct report, you will be responsible for:- Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies and programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.- Increasing business span through appropriate hiring and ensuring adherence to all policies.- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
